Fowler House home is a Licensed Adult Foster Care Home for 13 men and women.
This home is barrier-free and allows for freedom of movement throughout the house for the many residents requiring wheelchair or walker support. Specialized contract with Lifeway’s CMH.
OVERVIEW
We provide extensive support to our residents who face physical or developmental disabilities, assisting them with daily activities. Our aim is to create a nurturing atmosphere resembling home, where each resident receives personalized care tailored to their specific needs. This includes help with personal care tasks like bathing, grooming, and medication management, ensuring their overall health and well-being.

Our dedicated staff members are essential in facilitating daily routines and offering emotional support, fostering a sense of belonging and companionship within our community. In addition to assisting with dressing, household tasks, and personal hygiene, we also prioritize their emotional well-being by providing access to medical services and encouraging connections with loved ones.

Encouraging socialization and recreational activities is a key aspect of our approach, promoting engagement and interaction among residents. Each resident has an individualized care plan that is regularly reviewed and adjusted to accommodate their changing needs, ensuring they receive the appropriate level of care and assistance.

To further enhance social interaction, we organize social events and outings, as well as facilitate regular visits from friends and family members. Ensuring access to nutritious meals and enjoyable activities is fundamental, alongside maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment.
